Your Table is Ready.
Elevated Dining in the Heart of Downtown Parker.
There are places you visit once—and places you return to because they feel like home. Parker Garage has always been the latter.
Long before craft cocktails, curated whiskey lists, and thoughtfully plated dishes, this building was part of Parker’s heartbeat—a gathering place where stories were shared, celebrations unfolded, and friendships formed across the bar.
Today, co-owners Brent & Meghan Walker and Todd & Antoinette Simons proudly carry that tradition forward. Together they bring decades of friendship, hospitality experience, and a shared belief that great restaurants are built on exceptional food and drink, genuine connection, and making every guest feel welcome.
As Parker Garage enters its next chapter, our promise remains unchanged: to honor the past, elevate the present, and serve our community with authenticity.
Pull up a chair—we’re glad you’re here.

SAZERAC
American Spirits
Tradition runs deep.
Parker Garage is honored to partner with Sazerac, a legacy of craftsmanship and quality since 1852. From iconic spirits to timeless traditions, their portfolio brings exceptional character to our bar.
Long before Parker Garage became the gathering place it is today, this historic building lived many lives. Over the decades, it has served the Parker community as a garage, feed store, auction house, western wear shop, and the beloved Warhorse Inn.
In 2014, the building was thoughtfully restored and began its next chapter as Parker Garage—preserving its historic character while creating a space for a new generation of gatherings, celebrations, and shared meals.
Today, we are proud to carry that story forward.
